Ginger Media Group of UK is believed to be undergoing significant problems after Ginger Television Productions chief executive Michael Foster abruptly left the company. Ginger Media Group's owner Chris Evans is expected to be negatively affected by Foster's departure because of Foster's ability to secure huge contracts for the company. Analysts even believe that Foster's resignation is indicative of more extensive problems within the firm. A senior industry official noted that Ginger Media Group will need to gain more airtime for more shows to survive.

Green to depart Red Rooster to form indie
Article Abstract:
Red Rooster Film & Entertainment managing director Jill Green has announced she will resign from her post in autumn of 1998 to establish her own company called Greenlit Productions. Green handed her resignation six weeks after Red Rooster Film CEO Linda James stepped down to venture into the film industry. Green's new company will focus in producing different feature productions such as TV drama mini-series and extended series. Green has already reached a non-exclusive housekeeping deal with Red Lobster.
