Rights reform to cost BBC and C4 ?36m

Article Abstract:

The change in Communication Act is likely to result in the BBC and Channel 4 losing up to ?36m between them. The new act will force both the channels to return more programming rights to the independent sector in 2004.

BBC puts 23 mil pounds into co-pro pot
