The ITV merger between Granada and Carlton which is more than a corporate takeover in which Granada has taken control of the U.K.'s biggest commercial channel and key jobs is discussed. 25 of the top 37 most senior jobs in ITV plc went to Granada executives, nine to Carlton and three to people in ITV-related or external companies.
