BBC is facing a viewer confidence crisis, with the breakout of the controversy surrounding the trailer of its program "A Year with the Queen". The solution to the issue is not the resignation of Peter Fincham and Jane Fletcher, and BBC needs new creative leadership. The potential replacements for Fincham are also discussed.
