A forecasting comparison of classical and Bayesian methods for modelling logistic diffusion

Article Abstract:

Bayesian forecasting procedures are used to develop a model of international logistic distribution of compact discs. The Bayesian model provides improved forecasts and is applicable to other growth situations.
