The marginal-cost-pricing equilibrium is studied under conditions of decreasing returns to scale and increasing returns to scale. Pareto optimal outcomes may be generated for both environments under special conditions.

General equilibrium comparative statics: discrete shocks in production economies

A study is presented as an extension to previously presented paper by Nachbar (2002) that covers the shocks to endowments in exchanged and production economy. General equilibrium is analyzed with comparative statics.
