Blasts suggest MILF-JI links

Article Abstract:

Philippine authorities investigated the second major bomb attack on the southern city of Davao and confirmed that elements of the separatist Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) linked to the wider Southeast Asia network of Jemaah Islamiah are responsible for the bomb blasts. Four suspects arrested in Cotabato city were identified as active MILF cadres.
