CSBA papers throw light on possible major programme changes under Pentagon's QDR

Article Abstract:

The documents published by Washington's Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA) have showed up the possible outlines of major programme changes under Pentagon's Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR) which could indicate considerable changes in the US Air Force. The CSBA reports have criticized the US Department of Defense (DoD) for allocating too many resources to fighters and short-range strike aircraft at the expense of long-range strike and reconnaissance.
