Function over form takes center stage in UV capability debates

Article Abstract:

The issue of procurement of Light Utility Vehicles (LUVs) is focused to bring improvements in previous experiments that provided less-military specific, commercial utility vehicles, thus giving mixed results. The current trends that splits LUVs into three broad categories, namely, military-specific charges, commercial designs implies simplicity and durability, and commercial designs where form is known as Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) are described. Several LUVs are listed along with their features.
