SSgt. Ryan Frodge a military transition team non commissioned officer speaks on the terrible conditions and difficult training the Iraqi soldiers face daily, the side of the army that always goes unreported. Despite living in conditions such as bad toilets, delay in shelters and foods, they manage to come to work every day with a smile on their faces and an attitude to fight.
