Hampton Roads Council showcases 'Admiral's Quarters' at 'Homearama'

A report is presented on the 23rd annual display of new homes, "Homearama" held at East Beach and hosted by the Tidewater Builders Association, which displayed 17 completely furnished custom homes designed to portray a typical traditional coastal community. The Hampton Roads Council showcased the Navy League sponsored home named as 'The Admiral's Quarters' and hosted the commissioning ceremony for the USS Virginia at the conclusion of the event.

Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA-PC), Florida faces some obstacles to host the commissioning for the guided missile destroyer Momsen, which was commissioned in the Port of Panama City in a ceremony Steere.
