Improving support for our soldiers

Article Abstract:

The human resource (HR) community maintains its goal to have its personnel and finance systems in place and operational before the future force arrives. It aims to develop a reliable, multicomponent, enterprise human resource system (eHR) that would give the Army effective military and civilian personnel policies for reshaping the Army.

Successful general officer leadership in World War II

Article Abstract:

The Armys general officer performance on the US success toward mobilization and conduct of the World War II is presented. The World War II formula for general officer success seems to have included appreciable faulty experience, habits of reading and reflection, and recent field grade command.

And an extension of the Soldier's Creed

Article Abstract:

Soldier's Creed is the foundation of the U.S. Army and defines the roles and responsibilities of the soldiers and leaders in their units and organizations. The creed signifies Army transformation and puts the focus back on every soldier being a rifleman, a warrior and a part of the team.
