Is Jordan threatened by Hamas?

Article Abstract:

A new study on Jordan predicted that the January Palestinian election results, with the Hamas winning a landslide victory might have particularly negative consequences for the Hashemite Kingdom. It is generally believed that King Abdullah II of Jordan could be the last Hashemite king owing to an 'Islamic axis' extending from Tehran to Gaza that could cross to Jordan to affect the regime there.

Sinai: Buffer zone or terrorist base?

Article Abstract:

The Taba massacre on 7 October 2004 created lot of tension among the Israelis and the Arabs and the Egyptian tourist trade was hit very badly in the Sinai Peninsula. The buffer zone in the Sinai Province, which is a geographical bridge between Asia and Africa, has become terrorist base, as it is demilitarized.
