Article Abstract:
A question is raised whether unit commanders have the full array of military justice options in Iraq while Marines are forward deployed. Different considerations that a commander may have in deciding which option to exercise, and how these differences may affect the individual accused are explored, and it is concluded that military justice functions satisfactorily in Al Anbar Province, Iraq.
