The third rail

Article Abstract:

A debate among the senior Marine staff noncommissioned officers (SNCOs) is presented to determine whether the current enlisted professional military education and training (EPMET) and military occupational specialty (MOS) 9999 assignment policies are meeting the demands of Operating Forces. The study ensures that SNCOs senior enlisted Marines are advisors to their commanders based on their commanders based on their years of experience in both leadership and MOS experience.
