Adtranz takeover approved by EC
Article Abstract:
The European Commission has approved the acquisition of Adtranz, which was owned by Germany's DaimlerChrysler AG, by Canada's Bombardier Inc. The deal for the passenger rail operations includes a promise by Bombardier to sell part of Adtranz, which represents about two percent of Adtranz.
