Air Canada told to look at bid fairly

Air Canada's board of directors have to evaluate a bid from Cerberus Capital Management LP in a ' fair and responsible' manner, according to the judge overseeing the airline's restructuring. Justice James Farley has decided not to impose any conditions on how Air Canada's board reviews the bid.
