Detailed information on the General Motors Corp. plans to develop a Cadillac car for a sale of about $100,000(U.S.) is presented. The new car would be designed to make people aspire to own a Cadillac as they did in 1950s, hence competing Mercedes' S-class cars and BMW's 7-series offerings.
