Air Canada slams predator definition
Article Abstract:
Air Canada said that almost 50% of all its Canadian flights would be considered illegal, based on new proposed rules by Canada's Competition Bureau. Air Canada says that the way the bureau defines anti-competitive actions is in fact, anti-competitive itself.

Airline creditors offer a deal

The Unsecured Creditors Committee is seeking a new agreement with Air Canada that would provide the creditors with $700 million. The deal proposes that one or two institutional investors, such as Mizuho Financial Group Inc., underwrite a rights offering.
