Japanese watchdog punishes TD unit

Toronto Dominion Bank's TD Securities has been disciplined by Japan's securities regulators for violating securities trading rules. TD Securities has been ordered by Japan's Financial Supervisory Agency to suspend its operations in Tokyo for five days.
