Caution creeping into venture capital boom

Article Abstract:

Although the Canadian venture capital industry has closed more deals in the first nine months of 2000 than it did in all of 1999, there are signs of growing caution among investors. Venture capital companies are now looking for clearer and shorter paths to profit.
