Energy and dollar swell current account surplus
Article Abstract:
The U.S. Federal Reserve Board is expected to further cut interest rates, providing a boost to the Canadian dollar. Industry analysts said that a rise in energy prices also contibuted to strengthening the Canadian dollar, which reached its highest levels in two years.
