Cinderella of country: Shania Twain

Twain, who is part Ojibwa, grew up poor in Timmins, Canada, and began singing in bars when she was eight. She is a now a major country-western singer, and her latest album 'The Woman in Me' has sold more than three million copies. She is married to record producer Robert John Lange.

Walsh, 43, is the co-creator and one of the stars of the popular political satire show 'This Hour Has 22 Minutes.' The Canadian television show has won several Gemini Awards. Walsh has also performed with the comedy troupe Codco and written and directed for the stage.
