Com Dev out to show right stuff
Article Abstract:
Com Dev International Ltd., a satellite company headquartered in Cambridge, Canada, sees unstable investor confidence as it sold majority of company shares. The stocks that account for two-thirds of the firm's options were sold by Com Dev former director William Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald's resignation as well as his commitment to return the $2-million loss incurred by investors will help preserve investor faith as the company faces other financial problems, according to Com Dev founder, chairman and chief executive officer Val O' Donovan.
