Covisint CEO search isn't easy
Article Abstract:
Recruiting the right CEO for online buying exchange Covisint has proven to be a difficult and elusive task. The idea of reporting to Ford, GM and DaimlerChrysler, which created Covisint, seems to deter many potential candidates. Another problem facing Covisint is the FTC's investigation on its antitrust implications. The three car companies created Covisint to channel their annual $240-billion spending budget into a single online exchange. Since then, 30 suppliers have signed with Covisint, including Dana, Lear and ArvinMeritor.
