Most directors fail in this role, to the detriment of the long-term interests of the companies they serve.

The US Commerce Department charged Canada and 18 other countries with charging prices for steel in the US that are below production costs and prices charged domestically. The US imposed provisional duties against the countries that are as high as 109%.
