Crude prices suffer major blow

Crude oil prices are 20 percent lower following the September 11th terrorist attacks. Prices plummeted 15 percent yesterday, and the November crude contract fell $3.26 (U.S.) to end at $22.01 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
