Couples reluctant to abandon their frozen embryos
Article Abstract:
Many American couples are very reluctant to abandon their frozen embryos for conducting embryonic stem cell (ESC) research. Unlike many other countries, the in vitro fertilization (IVF) is unregulated in the US and embryos can be stored indefinitely, thereby increasing the dilemma for clinic operators as well as patients.
