Despite Defect, G.M. Keeps Selling S.U.V

Although the Saturn Vue, a sport utility vehicle from General Motors Corp. had a high failure rate in rollover tests, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration did not order them to be recalled. General Motors said it would voluntarily recall the 2004 Vue, but has not done so.
