A new study by Royal LePage Commercial Inc. reveals that the commercial real estate sector in Canada is suffering from the decline of Internet-based firms. The study, which reveals that e-commerce companies are shutting down or moving to smaller offices, reports that almost 2.5 million square feet of office space has become available during the last three months.
