Sarina Bratton's dream to establish Australia's own cruise line began in 1997. She had 22 years of experience in tourism industry, which gave her the idea to start her own four-star cruise line. She employed a business executive to implement the business strategy and paid him out of her own money. The cruise-line began operation in Dec 1998, but she does not forecast a profit till latter part of 2000.

Australian analysts advise that if the U.S. study which shows that the drug Tamoxifen can prevent breast cancer is confirmed, an estimated 30,000 women in Australia may be helped. Boston University in the U.S. also reports that the drugs Angiostatin and Endostatin starved tumors in mice. Human trials will begin soon.
