E-signing law seen as a boon to e-business

Article Abstract:

Analysts expect that the new law letting businesses and consumers sign legally binding accords with electronic signatures will increase the speed at which electronic businesses develop. The new process, called 'e-signing,' will likely give rise to many personal identification technologies that can serve as alternatives to writing ones name on paper.
