GTC acquires Telemedia's magazines
Article Abstract:
Toronto, Ont.-based Telemedia Communications Inc. has agreed to sell its magazine operations to GTC Transcontinental Group Ltd. for $150 million. GTC, which publishes specialty periodicals in various fields, will enter the mainstream publishing market through the deal.
