N.S. offshore oil outlook foggy

Houston, Texas-based El Paso Corp. delayed its drilling operations, causing a delay in the development of the Blue Atlantic gas pipeline in Nova Scotia. Industry analysts said that Nova Scotia offshore oil and gas operations have suffered from a series of setbacks.
