Article Abstract:
Large numbers of young Canadians, both from Quebec and elsewhere, came together in the days before the Oct 30 Quebec referendum to declare their love for Canada. Canada's political elite could learn how to create a constitutional framework to unite Canada, if they study this nationalist impulse.
