Article Abstract:

An exhibition, 'Greek Treasures from the Benaki Museum in Athens', is going to be held at the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney (May 5-September 4, 2005), Immigration Museum, Melbourne, (October 12-January 31, 2006) and Western Australian Museum, Perth (February-June, 2006). It illustrates the importance of Greek culture in the history and development of European civilisation over the past 8000 years.
