The wireless networking, the linking of computers to each other and to the internet using high-speed radio transmissions rather than a traditional tangle of cables, has emerged as a new method of connectivity. The Wi-Fi services allow users in a limited area to gain access to the Internet or corporate networks, either through dedicated equipment within office or through public hotspots, which can be used by anyone.

Article Abstract:
Sending telephone calls over a data network i.e. Voice over IP, which has long been in use in large corporations, are now being preferred by smaller business houses and home users. Although it saves money, and enables other services such as call waiting, conferencing, the cheapest services are for outgoing calls only and voice quality can be problematic.
