Australian baritone Michael Lewis has had a successful international career for 25 years and 1998 marks his 50th birthday. Lewis does not plan to retire, however, and is reappraising his technique. He has been taking lessons with vocal coach David Harper to change his approach to singing. Harper has helped Lewis improve bad habits and obtain more control of his body and voice.
