Icahn plans to clean house

Carl Icahn's, U.S. investor, plans to replace the entire board of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Inc. if successful with $1.19-billion bid to gain control of the hotelier is discussed. He plans to sell the company to larger hotel operator and Fairmont has until Dec. 22 to respond to the cash offer filed by Mr. Icahn.
