Kids of Westray miners to get a meagre trust fund

A 1992 Nova Scotia mine disaster that killed 26 miners has led to the creation of a trust fund for the miner's children. The low-rate fund, which is designated as guaranteed investment certificates, was organized after donations poured in from around the world.
