Vancouver, BC-based 360 Networks Inc.'s fiber optic network may be delayed by a complaint filed with the Nova Scotia Labour Relations Board. The Christian Labour Association, which filed the complaint, alleges that labor unions used unfair tactics to sign up workers in Nova Scotia.
