Errol Morris, the director of the film 'The Fog of War: Eleven Lessons from the Life of Robert S. McNamara', has won the Oscar award for the year 2004. The film has aroused controversy as it portrayed Robert Strange McNamara, U.S. President Lyndon Johnson's secretary of defence during the Vietnam War, as the architect of the Vietnam War.
