Little hope in scattered Kyoto plan

The Canadian government does not have any policy to assist the countryEs industrial sector to adhere to the Kyoto Protocol, which specifies the amount of greenhouse gases that can be released into the atmosphere. The emission levels of Canada are greater than the 1990 threshold specified by the Kyoto Protocol.
