MKS reports flat sales in quarter

Mortice Kern Systems Inc. posted flat sales for the first-quarter period ending on July 31, 2002. The company, hurt by the fact that customers are holding off spending for information technology, posted US$6.6 million in sales for the period, compared to US$6.5 million during year before period.
