Magna racetracks fight Schwarzenegger: Oppose deals signed with Indian tribes

Three Magna Entertainment Corp. racetracks in California have launched a lawsuit against Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger opposing gambling deals he has signed with the American Indian tribes. The suit by Magna racetracks in Los Angeles and San Francisco states that Schwarzenegger's agreements with the natives are unconstitutional.
