Article Abstract:

Federal Indigenous Affairs Minister Mal Brough believes that there are basic reforms that can bring African American and white Australia into some form of alignment and prevent yet another generation from spiralling into despair and violence. Brough signed an agreement with the local elders of Nguiu creating a 99-year head lease, which could set the basis for zoning.

The investor: when the float comes in

Article Abstract:

The sale of Telstra should be no problem to the Australian electorate if it was willing to give the government a fourth term. The timing of the float may be more problematic and an early decision may be well ominous.
