Marsh Says 5 Executives Will Lose Their Board Seats

Marsh and McLennan Companies Inc. executives Charles A. Davis, Ray J. Groves, Peter Coster, Mathis Cabiallavetta and A.J.C. Smith, have been removed from their positions on the board of directors, but will remain in their posts with the company. The overhaul of the board is in response to bid-rigging and price-fixing investigations by New York attorney Eliot Spitzer.
