Hiroshi Kobayashi, the new president of Honda Canada Inc. will have a major responsibility of making efforts to restore the company to double-digit annual sales growth. Honda Canada has begun responding to the sales slide by offering incentives, including a 3.8 percent loan for 60 months for buyers.
