Strategic Value Corp., which is a mutual funds company, will be acquired by Montreal, Quebec-based Nova Bancorp (Canada) Ltd. for $67 million. Nova Bancorp, which is an affiliate of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, will shift many of Strategic Value's employees to Quebec.
