Onex eyes buying controlling stake in Magellan Health

Toronto, Ont.-based Onex Corp. has announced plans to acquire majority control of Magellan Health Services Inc. for $275 million. Onex, which will acquire the health care firm following approval of bankruptcy court, is also eyeing Air Canada assets.
